Aldwych is a crescent-shaped block; the flat south side addresses are still Strand, India House is on the curved north side. It is impossible to miss as it has carved elephant heads and roundels featuring the symbols of Indian states on it, as well as a flag. It does not take long at all to walk the whole length of Aldwych.

High Commission of India London
India House, Aldwych
London WC2B 4 NA
If that is the place you are looking for then I suggest doing a journey planner on the travel for london website the best way to do it is get a train or tube to aldwych station and then walk from there. There is no point in driving round london unless you know exactly where you are going becuase the drivers tend to be erratic and not very friendly to thsoe who are lost.
Another good site to give you a street map is www.streetmap.com this will give you a plan on how to get there from whichever tube station you get off at
Hope this helps.

London is a great place to invest the holyday in household, especially with kiddies because in London are plenty of kid-friendly places to see and this Hotelbye is the area to begin knowing. In London you will get up close and personal with underwater creatures at SEALIFE London Aquarium or examine the Science Museum, London's fun center of science and engineering and equally are perfect for fun household holyday here in London. London also offers for visiting the Tate Contemporary, Britain's national museum of modern and contemporary art. And, not forget the SEALIFE London Aquarium; the house of 500 species of aquatic life, from sharks and piranhas to Nemo-style clownfish. London is let me tell you an original city.

The nearest tube or mainline station is Charing Cross. If you can get there you will be fine.
Come out of Charing Cross and turn left and keep walking down the strand. You will eventually (about 5-10 mins) get to Aldwych. It is signposted and easy to find. India House is on the right hand sign. Here is a link to the map. http://www.multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?client=public&search_result=&db=pc&lang=&keepicon=true&pc=WC2B4NA&advanced=&client=public&addr2=&quicksearch=WC2B%204NA&addr3=&addr1= It is easy to find, good luck.
