everyone os born neutral, its just the atomostphere and their destiney that decides whether or not they will becom evil, good or if they will stay neutral. The best thing is to stay neutral.
some people have no choice, but society does, also, have a bit to do with a person's nature.

I think a very few people are truly evil but the vast majoriity try to uphold the standards of whatever society they live in. The problems occur when somebody like Hitler comes along and meek and mild men become sadistic monsters.

Yes human is evil by nature because he has a dark side and good side. All human has both it only depends upon the person to be good or bad. Mostly humans want to be in their darkside most of the time.

No. That doctrine of "original sin" is fundamental to churches that practice infant baptism But God says, "Behold, all souls are mine. As the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine. The soul that sinneth, it shall die." Ezekiel 18:4 For God to credit you with being evil, you have to make a responsible choice.

I believe that things like warfare and racism are in our genetics. It has been shown that many of the bacterias that life evolved from (if you believe in that, i do) fight other colonies of the same bacteria. They send out a wave of poison! it looks really cool. But in nature we see constant fighting, over land, food, sex, and sometimes just because.
A red sponge and a yellow sponge. Both sea sponges, living things. When broken apart and dissolved into the same tank, they formed their exact same community within the sponge as when they were together. They even formed at different sides of the tank.
