I'm sorry to burst your bubble but Saddam will never hang, he will die of old age long before he is finished with all of the trials already planned against him. Now that he is guilty an automatic appeal was made but also this trial was just one charge against him. There are hundreds, plus every family that lost money or a family member now has the right to sue him to try to get some of the money he stole and add to his sentence. I see no point in giving him 53 or 530 death sentences as he can only die one time but that is the rule of law. So, I suspect one of two things:
He will die of old age long before he gets thru with trials
or
In twenty years he will get so old that a judge will reduce his sentence to time served and exile him to Argentina.

I don't know about Hussein, but I'd pay anything to watch Bush die by hanging. I'll even invite friends over for popcorm and pizza. Food always makes me happy.

No. As per the international Laws no handing should be winessed by outsiders. it should be done secretly in presense of jail authorities, a doctor and a judge only. So do not expect to see himon TV.

I hope so. What they really ought to do is make it a pay-per-view event. Then, take the money they collect and donate it to the families of all of his victims. Or donate it to the families of dead soildiers who have been fighting in Iraq.
Executions used to be publicized in the US, and I think it's high time we return to that policy.

I agree that if he is hanged we should all take responsibility for his execution, by that I mean if we are prepared to want him to die for his crimes, which he should, we should be prepared to witness the execution, but as for screening it live, it's not gonna happen is it

they outlawed public executions in the UK, back in 1868
I dont see that they would make an exception for a two-bit dictator.
If he didnt affect you directly, I dont see why you would want to view his execution, or are you just a ghoul?
