I don't profess to be wise man but I do believe that laws are for the guidance of the wise and the obediance of the rest

The laws are AOK it is the lawyers (including Judges) and police that are the problem.
PS (in the uk NEVER fill a tax return form...If you do you are punished, if you ignore it you get away with it !!!)

generally, laws are there for us to abide them. unfortunately, they're flawed and they can also be to retraining. many people have learned how to bend the rules a bit so that they can live a bit more conveniently. others break them and get away with it. don't mind them... just take comfort that without our laws, we would be in much deeper sh-- than we already are. just pray for a better government in the next election. :)

Punishment is meted only if the violator is caught or reported. Thus, if others do not report violators or merely tolerated them, they get away with the crime.
