Check your detergent. Phosphates from laundry detergent can 'glow' in the right conditions. (Phosphate makes white, white)Its really visible to the eyes of animals, and why some hunters don't wash their clothes in the regular laundry. Most detergents are phosphate free now.

Do you have a black light anywhere nearby, if so that could be. Could be from the laundry detergent or a number of things.
