i have the same disorder. the only way to fix this is by altering your biological clock. here are some of the practices i do to alter my biological clock so that i may sleep early:
1) since i'm a late sleeper (i usually sleep at around 3 or 4am), i don't sleep at all for one day (usually on a weekend), then on the following day, i'm so exhausted that i end up sleeping really early like 7 or 8pm.
2) i take my evening shower early... around 6pm right before dinner. that way i'm refreshed and relaxed. i eat a hearty dinner, which in turn adds to my overall contentment, making me prone to early drowsiness.
3) i go to a masseuse late in the afternoon... have a nice 1 hour swedish massage, then i head home all relaxed. i have dinner, watch a few TV, check my emails, head for bed, and then rest my head.

Insomnia (sleeplessness) is due to stress, dietary and medical
problems. By making small lifestyle changes like having a fixed
daily routine, relaxing and eating properly, insomnia can be
cured. I found the information at http://tinyurl.com/jfzpz useful
for getting sleep.

I've experienced this too. One thing I would advise you to do is to stop drinking anything with caffeine after a certain hour--if you don't, you'll be up all night.
One thing that helps me (as strange as this sounds) is wearing socks to bed. It helps you get warmer, and being warm makes you sleepy. Last time I had trouble sleeping, I did this and it worked like a charm!
Hope this helps!

Say you go to school on Monday Saturday night go to bed really late and then Sunday morning wake up really early then you will be tired. Also try reading a boring book or drinking tea before you go to bed
