Is it legal in South Africa to marry your third cousin? (For a friend not me lol)?

My friend thinks it's 100% legal and I disagree. I believe it's illegal up to third cousins. Cause if you have a child with your third cousin there can still be problems... Please answer ASAP.

Third cousins are pretty far removed, i can't imagine that it would be illegal (some people don't even know their second cousins, haha).

A third cousin is usually accepted anywhere.
