i think The Lion The Witch & The Wardrobe (the fat 700 page book) is the shhhhhhhh**t!! and Flowers In The Attic (both book 's way better than the movie 's) also check out MAD Magazine. they're hilarious. RL Stine's good for quick read, scary stories. mmm... i like to read too, go to a re-used book store, check out whatever titles sound interesting to you. enjoy!! xoxo p.s. the reading without a light on is a very bad idea, i m only 26 n i could feel the pain behind my eyes from all the years of reading in the almost dark. take care !!

"Bud, Not Buddy" by Christopher Paul Curtis is a wonderful children's novel. Although it is a child's book, I found myself laughing outloud, and holding back tears. It is a story of a young African American boy living in the Depression Era. He is an orphan and runs away to find his father. It is written in a ten-year-old perspective and gives funny insights about adults. Great book!

I recently read "The Kite Runner" by Khaled Hosseini, and "The Secret Life Of Bees" by Sue Monk Kidd, both of which I thought were quite good, you might want to give them a go.

Train Man by Hitori Nakano

True story from Japan about a geek who defends a group of ladies from a drunk during a train ride. These girls then thank him and one of them ends up actually being cute. This geek then asks his friends in an internet forum how to go about calling and meeting this girl. The rest is up to you to find out!

The book i read was directly lifted from the forum site and translated into english. Real fun read!
