It's not a paper; it's a 250-page booklet by Dr. Fred Cohen. It's rather old, too - was published in 1994 and is currently out-of-print.
You might try to buy it used on Amazon or from the author himself - fred@all.net.
And, no, it doesn't really teach how to hack or how to write viruses. It's a rather serious book about some of the theoretical aspects of computer viruses - written in a slightly more accessible style than Dr. Cohen's original Ph.D. thesis on this subject.

shafie200... Short answer do the research on your own mate cos I think you just want to learn from us and start hacking. Well I am not here to teach anyone on subject of VIRUS.
