Yes, it has happend throughout history. Take a look at the bible even if you aren't religious many of the stories are about actual people. Or howabout Ghandi. For today it is still possible but is more likely to come from a celebrity such as Oprah.

Yes, we do have example of Gandhi,Luther King Mandela.mother Teressa who individually have brought the change.

Yes look at what Jesus did. One person can make a diffrence even though this one was the Son of God he stated that even greater things shall you do than me.
