If you moisturize your legs after you shower, they just get like that. I think it also depends on the person's skin type and type of lotion they're using, because mine don't really get as shiny as some others' do. Hope that helps!

once you shave a strong lotion or infant oil, also drink a number of water because once you shave your legs must be bright besides when you're hydrated. Water is a necessary aspect for the glow of your pores and skin.
