Go dutch means that when people go on a date, each pays for their own meal or whatever they buy. Go fly a kite means the same as "Get Lost", go away and spend a lot of time without bothering me.

well i know to go dutch means to pay equal halves of a bill-take responsibility for yourself. as for go fly a kite i haven't heard it before but i am assuming its a derogatory term?
