Go fly a kite means "get lost". Get the hell out of here. Go away. Go fly a kite. You're a lying bastid. I don't trust you. Go fly a kite.
Go dutch. Means you pay your own way. Like on a date. The girl pays half and the boy pays half.

Go dutch means that when people go on a date, each pays for their own meal or whatever they buy. Go fly a kite means the same as "Get Lost", go away and spend a lot of time without bothering me.
