what would it be like if your police force refused service in gang territories?

my whole town is full of gangs and graffiti and what not. you cant go a single day with out hearing sirens. and its not a shocker to hear gun shots. if police refused service then sad to say half the town would be dead, even innocent by standers.

There are armed Gangs in the USA that you may rank them as the second largest Army in the world after China

Yep, quite a few.
It (NYC) would going back to the high murder/crime rates of the 80s and early 90s. Right now, the police are doing quite a good job, we don't hear gun shots nightly as we used to since the police are almost always on patrol around here.

oh yes.theres one that hangs out in the back of my house at night like at 9:00-12:00.sometimes there just chating away getting drunk i cant even sleep.they have a weed plant growing in some dirt my parents have thought about calling the police and so have my neihgbor but we think its to riskey.they could come backand hurt us

Gangsters are everywhere, but I would guess that there are many in the US, especially due to the fact that guns are very easy to get.
