Yes!! I am smarter, I am happier, I have learned something new almost every day! I understand other people better. I have a better understanding of what things matter and what things are just a pain. I also have learned to not sweat the small stuff, including the little people.

I can honestly say yes, but I think it is a shame that some of the lessons we have to learn come at such a high cost. I am better emotionally; but not physically. I understand the why of so many more things, but I feel that there are so many things I would love to do and will never be allowed the chance to do them. This is why I would advise anyone to live life to the fullest, because as you age there are a lot of restrictions on what you can do. I have th heart and mind of a 30-year-old in a 60-year-old body. That really sucks!

Yes - the improvement is not physical, but mental. The extreme improvement lies on 'how to create and maintain a world like this'. On achievement, what is further is the question thereafter.
