for a bodys cells to be semi weightess after having a hot bath for about 1.5hrs?
if not why not,

when i go to have a bath, i weigh my self on a digi display scale before, and when i am done i weigh about 1-1.5 lbs lighter, but when i get back on the scale a few hours later, the 1-1.5 lbs is back.
is it possibe that the cells, which are made up mostly of water are suspended for a short time after the bath?

(i am not worried about if it is sweat or not by the way, LOL)

I am not a biology expert or anything but I know prolonged exposure to water actually destroys cells by osmosis. The sweat thing is also likely depending on the temperature of the bath. Considering dehydration is the quickest way to lose weight I would put my money on the second thing too I don't think you destroy that many cells but I doubt the heat is lifting your body.

The hot bath is actually making you sweat out some water weight. When you take a drink or eat something the water weight is replenished & your weight is the same before your bath.

Should weigh your clothe like jeans and shirts and see if they way 1lbs. Did you weigh yourself fully clothed and without any clothe after shower?

Or its just sweats. Marathon runner can lose more than 5 or over 10lbs in sweats.
