You have asked a million dollar question. I think being a cricket lover I can't put one ahead of other. Both sides have immense talent. If Pakistan have produced some world class bowlers then India have come up with world class batsmen but both teams lack one thing and that is the flair to win matches and it is only because they are not mentally strong like Australians or South Africans. Both Pakistan and India will have to learn to perform under pressure. Now cricket is a science and not only a game and the one who competes in international cricket with great talent coupled with mental strength will be the winner at the end of the day..

Though Pakistan got better talent and balanced team than India, I consider India as a better team than Pakistan as they have more unity in the team and slightly better in consistency as compared to Pakistan team, which is considered as a predicably unpredictable team.

You should look at the top ten cricket teams more frequently man. Pakistan is on 2nd place. Dont know about india. But the top team as we all know is Australlia. So that pretty much proves my point and answers your question.

Now Pakistan has lost Akthar and Asif and also they don't have good opening pair of batsmen,so it can be said that India is slightly better team at this moment.
