i would rather advise you to buy a PC with Intel Core 2 Duo processor. They are expensive but they really worth the money.
E6600 retails for around 16000 (2.4 Ghz, Dual core,4MB L2 cache, 1066Mhz FSB).It is atleast 3 times faster than Pentium 3 Ghz and is good for gaming.Buy a motherboard with ATI or Nvidia graphics.Buy atleast 2GB RAM keeping upcoming Microsoft Vista in mind. The whole computer can be bought for around 35000. You can also opt for Intel E6400 which is also a lot better than best pentium processor.
