it is better to USE what you learn - and analyse it and if taking notes, paraphrase them, rather than copying.
our brains are better able to keep things long term if you learn ACTIVELY rather than passively trying to learn by rote

No, It's not good to memorize ur lessons, cause if u learn it by heart and if u forget one word then u forget the whole thing, so understand ur lesons first and then write in ur own words

Learning by memory or "rote" is very effective. We used this method very much when I was in school, and at age 60 I still remember many things that I learned through this method.

No,make sure you understand the lesson first before you memorize it.Understanding would make the lesson intack into your mind for a longer time.

Yes, but it's more important to visualize what you're reading and think about how it affects what you already know, don't let people try to rush you.. Being able to visualize what you've learned and using that information creatively is real intelligence.. not just being book smart.
