for bad example : orange you glad i didnt say banana. the fact that orange is used as orange and the word arent. theres a word for this.

I believe you are looking for the word ~~~ doubleentendre (doo-blan-tan-dr) ~~ a word or phrase that has a double meaning (from the French double entente -- double intent)

your example is more like a pun. Another answer suggested innuendo - which is a subtle hint or suggestion (not necessarily sexual as was suggested by another answer)
