suspose that: circle x means square root x,
triangle x means x = 5, square x means 7x - 2
find the value (picture the number 4 in the center of triangle, then surround by a circle, then surround by square) if needed draw the image. help me.

You made a mistake with " x = 5 ". I will assume you mean " x + 5 ".

You can picture the problem as this:

C(x) means √x.
T(x) means x + 5
S(x) means 7 x - 2
Find the value of S( C( T( 4 ) ) ).

First find the value of T( 4 ) = 4 + 5 = 9.
So the value of C( T( 4 ) ) = value of C( 9 ) = √9 = 3.
Finally value of S( C( T( 4 ) ) ) = value of S( 3 ) = 7 × 3 - 2 = 21 - 2 = 19.

Final answer is 19.

If triangle x means x = 5, that would mean triangle 4 is also 5. That is inside the circle which means √5, then inside the square which means 7*√5 - 2. Are you sure you stated the triange function properly?

A more mathmatical way of expressing it:
Assuming Triangle = x + 5
f = 4
g = 5+(f)
h = SQRT(g)
i = 7(h) - 2

Therefore,
i = 7(SQRT(5+4))) - 2
i = 7(SQRT(9)) - 2
i = 7(3) - 2
i = 21 - 2
i = 19
