Contact the branch manager of the branch from where you're transferring your account from...if they say dat they have sent the application to the place were you want it to be transferred to then contact the other branch manager!!

you sould go to respective bank to which you are transferring your account and meet the manager he can tell you the status of your account trasfer,
or you can call SBI Helpline if available in your area i.i 24 hours facility.
