ok,my baby's dad says he is not the dad, when his mom is around, then when she is not he has a diiferent attitude, toward our baby. he lives in texas and i live in new mexico. how can i show him and her they are both wrong. he refuses to even take a paternity test. someone please help!! how can i calculate the day i conceived, that way he understands? FYI: my baby was born on sept 29, 2006.

I'm not sure what state the baby was conceived in and where you might want to pursue getting child support. You really do need to pursue this though. If the baby was born in Texas, they have really strict rules about who is listed as the father of a baby unless the parents are married. New Mexico is a little more relaxed about it (I'm from New Mexico, my daughter was born in Texas). In either case you need to have a paternity test done, and he will have to pay for at least half of the cost of the paternity test. You really need to get an attorney. If you can't afford one most communities have legal aide services that provide free or low-cost representation. You don't need to worry about calculating your conception date, DNA is irrefutable proof of paternity. Unless of course there is a chance that the baby could have another father, but it doesn't sound like it. take him to court. actualy you might first want to tell him he can do it the easy way and fess up or do it the hard way which will cost him more money. you have to drag this jerks butt to court and they will force him to take a paternity test. that will prove he's the father and it will also ensure you get child support for your child. you might need to call a lawyer to find out what state to file with and how to do it. although you currently might not have the money you dont need it up front with most lawyers, as they know when you find out this guy is the father it will be coming out of his pocket. so let him know he can do it the easy way and just fess up and pay child support or he can do it the hard way get dragged through court, forced to take a test, and then have all the fees dropped on him.... oh and dont let this weasel of a man get out of child support your baby deserves to have support from both parents even if only $.

If you baby was born Sep 29, 2006 could back 10 months from the birth date and that was when your baby was concieved. But honestly though do you really want someone in your life that has absolutely no trust in you anyway? And also it sounds like he is just playing with you If he keeps changeing his words when his mother isnt around. And He still lives with his mother? How old are yall?

He can't refuse to take a paternity test. Go get a court order! It's not fair that you be put with the whole burden of this kid.

According to a pregnancy calculator you conceived on your ovulation date nearest Thursday,January 5th. Note that Ovulation occurs 2 weeks Before the expected start of your next period. Hope this helps...

Go to court and have a paternity test ordered, he will not be able to refuse because if he does he will be in contempt of court and will go to jail.

dont bother. when you go to court for support the court will order paternity testing, and then youll see. You of course know already.

you would have gotten pregnant Jan. 6, 2006 your last period would have been dec. 23rd 2005. I HOPE THIS IS HELPFUL!!!!! I HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS WITH MY DAUGHTER WHO FELT THAT HE WASN'T THE FATHER TO MY BABY! IT TURNED OUT HE WAS HER DADDY!! HAVE HIM TAKE THE TEST TO GET THE RESLUTS!!

You can get DNA tests done get the kit and take a swab from his mouth while he is sleeping.

only a parenty test will prove it one way or another
