Swami Vivekananda once said - "Whenever there is a conflict between mind and heart, do what your heart says!". This exactly applies here. Somethin visible to eyes means something physical, something that you witness. This may not always be right as appearences can be deceptive. What you see might not be the same what you understand. So the phrase means that you must sometimes think with your heart and give your mind a bit of rest.

Its kind of a different take of the morale "you can't judge a book by its cover."
Basically, it means that your true gut will drive how you feel about someone or something, not just what you see superficially.
For example, you cannot tell if someone is good or bad based on what they look like - you will know based on how they act and if you don't wait for that, it could be a feeling about them that is based on their body language, etc. not simply their looks.

It's basically stating that what truly matters isn't on the outside, but within a person. It's equivalent to "don't judge a book by it's cover.

People can deceive you with words, but your heart will tell you when they are lying.

i think its saying that u gotta not listen to your head, but listen to all those feelings inside. not always a good idea.
the next bit is simply FAITH. you cant see it... but you need it. trust in GOD. :-)
