The website you mention is a compilation. It all depends on what you're looking for. Since each month results are posted, some may just be "gaming" for the short term instead of investing, but that's for you to decide.
Perhaps start with thestreet.com (Jim Cramer's site) and investopedia.com to get some background info. Then reask your question for what you desire at that time.
You need to get some basic stuff down before you get too deep into investing. Otherwise, the chances that you'll lose a LOT of money are high.
