ok i am really computer illeterate...please tell me how to do this...

Did you check the Recycle bin?

Go to your desktop. Put your cursor on the RECYCLE BIN icon. Right click. Tell it to OPEN. Your pictures should be there. You can click on each one and tell it to RESTORE. Or you can select a group and tell it to restore them. Voila! Also, if the files are not there, you can get a utility which recovers deleted files. Search the net for 'FILE RECOVERY' software. Lots of it is free. Nothing is ever really deleted form your system.

If you havnt emptied your recycle bin you should be able to find then there also if the pics were unloaded from a digital camera maybe the program sent them to an album which could be still in my documents area.

if its not in the recycle bin then im sure its impossible if its not cached
