Ordered a calzone for delivery with my credit card. Got a call back 15 minutes later. They accused me of making harrassing phone calls, cussed me out, and refused to deliver my order. They said that the harrassing phone calls came from a blocked number but they thought/knew it was me harrassing them. I obviously didn't do it. She continued to yell ay me and cuss at me... so I asked for her boss, and she said that she was the manager. I drove to the place to get my credit card information and address back from the crazy person that called me cussing. She refused on the grounds that the owner took the information and left.

I want an apology from the lady that was rude, so I am getting in contact with the owner tomorrow. Whether or not the owner can get me the apology, I want to make sure as many people know about this terrible business etiquette as possible.

I need suggestions on how to get the word out. Thanks

=print fliers from your computer telling this story and place them on windshields at the mall and grocery stores. You could also picket outside the store but you may need a permit.

if it was just one employee, you probably shouldnt protest the entire business. there are good employees, there are bad employees, and some are just plain rude. if you really want an apology, go back and ask who was working at the time (if they were the one to call you back and you have caller ID you can use that for documentation) and come back at another time and explain (calmly) that they had been rude to you before and you would like an apology. if they still refuse, take it to the big boss.

however, i think you ARE overreacting a bit, and this person probably thought she was doing the right thing. technically, she could have called the police about the harrassing phone calls you didnt make, and it would have been alot worse for you.

Wow, sounds like you got hold of a nut. Good idea with the owner. Perhaps he or she doesn't realize the manager is ruining the business. If that doesn't work, write a letter to your local newspaper or if you live in a city with a call in radio show, do that.

I've had similar rudeness from fast food workers .Some lower educated or income brackets seem to carry attitudes that greatly diminish their capacity to perform their function properly.
I boy cot their services but nothing more . just can't get no satisfaction ....

tell them that you want to speak to the owner, and if they refuse, than you tell them that you will come with the signs in front of the store, and stand there until they will apologize,or fire the manager,.
