If u are thinking of shifting from movies to tele-serials based on preferance. It is not that difficult.
There are a lot of actors these days who are opting for tele-Serials. Some, even work for both movies and tele-serials.

well- if you are already in movies it should be easy! just approach just about anyone in the industry and you're almost certain to find yourself a job.
If you are not known, then it will be a little harder. You need to audition for roles, possibly starting with only ads, then working up.
