violence is an anthropomorphic term used by people to apply a human trait to an animal. While a bear may seem violent, the bear is really just being a wild bear. Sometimes they are aggresive, but they are not violent in the way that we would think of them intentionally doing something to hurt something for the sheer purpose of hurting something, as violent people are.
There are 8 bear species that i am aware of and each has a different aggression level. Some animals are more tolerant of people than others and it would really depend on the situation. I see bears regularily and would not describe them as violent, although some will act aggressively with less provocation than others.

ONLY when they are scared or protecting themselves or hunting for food ts they are violent. Most attacks on people is bc they go up to them a frighten them or they act a way that freaks the bear out so they attack them what i am saying most of the time when a bear attacks a human it is he human who is at fault. There are the black bears, polar bears, brown bears, and that is all i know. im not sure if some are more vilolent then others.

bears are not violent, they're wild.
Many people are ignorant when it comes to nature. Anthropomorphism is a word that comes to mind.
No bear should be considered tame, ever.
There are 8 species of bears and there are several types within each species. Some of them are:
Black, brown (includes: grizzly, Kodiak), sun, panda, polar (descendant of the brown species).
Biologists have concluded, through careful study, that Polar bears are the most aggressive of all bears.
