No I dont care about sex or race, or religion so long as the candidate in question is not a hypocritical born again bible thumping supposed chrisitian. Otherwise what I tried to do this time was find as much info about the perspective candidates and vote for the one I agreed with the most. I voted for three dems and one republican this time.

I'd vote for candidate B, regardless of race, gender, or party affiliation. Candidate A cannot have universal health care and lower taxes at the same time. How will the candidate pay for universal health care without raising taxes? Candidate C lost me with his/her position on gay marriage.

No I care more that this person believes in the same principles that I do, it's someone that has a proven record that he/she can get the job done, and keep promises made during campaign and not use it just to get into office as we've all seen happen. All my friends are not of the same sex, race or religion and this is probably why I enjoy my get together with them so much, everyone has something different to bring to the table.

promise/promise it,s all hype they have a hard time undoing deeds (or going along with them once voted in office)I do think they should be truthful if asked about any of the above but also think it really shouldnt matter! So I guess that makes ME confussed ! now what to do? Nov 7? get out and vote !

If people base their voting on sex, race or religion then we deserve what we get & that ain't good!

No, I vote on what they promise they will do, and on their past record. Mind you, I've always lived in places that the outcome was pretty sure before the election, and I tend to vote for the underdog.

No , and most often I don't know their religion . I do care whether I am voting for a Republican or Democrat becaue when the democrat party began behaving badly-I got off the train .
