Fashion is just like a trend. (N i would say it's just a cycle from a baby- child- teenager - teen- young adult- working adult.) When it's popular, every1 wear it. When it's outdated, people will stop wearing & start giving comment. Wear whatever u feel comfortable & u liked. That's mean Fashion to me. =)

First it must be fun.
Second it must be artistic, really creative. Pret a porter is fine
cos I can afford it.
Third it must compliment me, help make me look and feel good.
Third I must enjoy wearing it and if that means compromising then it pends on the venue or the occasion.
I'll suffer a little if it is a formal situation, but mostly I like to feel comfortable.
That's one reason I enjoy weaing minis and tights. They're ultra comfortable and you can move and run even.
The only crits I hear about minis are from people with fat legs.
That's their prob. Stead of moaning about fashion and wearing tents to cover their bodies they could try some diet and exercise.
It's a hard ask at first but worth it and nicer all round stead of complaining about those of us who like contemporary fashion.

Fashion is expressing the real you by the way you want it to be expressed. Every one is unique and let me tell you it's a challange to be really fashionable. Once it is accepted by majority it becomes a trend and then a tradition. I think Fashion is the first evidence of creativity which at first sight may not appeal to most of us.

I think fashion is about you doing your own thing with your clothes. It builds creativity, that's why I don't like uniforms because everyone looks the same!

I've never been one to go with trends or fads or whatever. I wear what I'm comfortable in and what I like and to heck with what anybody thinks. I've never been one to try to impress or keep up with anyone. Regardless of how I'm dressed I'm just as good as anybody. And so is everybody else.

i luv it. it makes ppl feel good bout themselves & is v v v fun if used properly. in the wrong hands fashion can be lethal. like, with fashion, i can either make ppl feel like they're cool, or completely ruin their self-esteem... i dont really understand the question, but i hope ive answered it.
