Break your plan down into "doable" steps. If your plan is to clean the house, there is a good chance you will quit first. But if your first plan is to pick up all the dirty laundry, you have a good chance of completing it. Then your second plan would be to pick up all the trash left lying around. Before you know it, the house is clean and you only planned on doing small jobs

You are speaking of "will power"........You do not find "will power'....you must "Will" yourself to do what it is you are trying to do.
A good way to stick to a plan is to realize who is in control of your desicions......???........YOU and only YOU. you only live one life, how do you want to live it. Do you want to look back and see a life full of regrets or a life lived to the fullest? It's all up to you, you can't ask a question and expect an easy answer......YOU CAN succeed or fail.....your choice.......Live YOUR life!!!
