Personally, I like MusicMatch. You can arrange your music library, burn CD's and DVD's in MP3 format or as an audio CD.

An MP3 cd is just a regular data CD that has mp3s on it. There's nothing really special to do.

I use Discjuggler for burning data cds/DVDs. It does everything I like in a burning program, and it's extremely clean and unbloated. Link at bottom.

You can create mp3 files by using windows media player to rip songs off a cd & save it to your pc. Then Copy all the files you want to save to disc.

Ive tried many programs and so far the best I have used is Acoustica MP3 CD burner

Musicmatch is the best software.
If you have audio cd then you can easily create mp3 files on musicmatch.
