Sir, I had some Physical share certidicate. But it's not in NSE/BSE Neat system. The companies did not come in the Listing programm. How can i know the current financial position on my share certificate. How is possible to view the unlisting company details.

You need to do two things.

Contact the Exchange and tell them the name on your share certificate. Although it is not listed now, it may have been listed at some time in the past or applied and been refused. The Exchange may be able to give you some information which will tell you if your certificate has some value.

Try to find the company address and contact them direct (the quickest way to find the address is with a google search). If you have a valid share certificate you are a part owner of the company and should be able to demand information.
