Marx says that capitalism exploits humans in the form of cheap labor. How does communism keep this from happening. this is for an opinion paper, so i just want to hear other people's persectives. if you have any sources to back up your opinions, that would be GREAT.

In historical Marxism, revolution leading to the workers' ownership of the means of production and the disappearance of social classes and of the state is the solution for humanity, but that means abandoning capitalism, not solving its problems (Marx thought these problems couldn't be solved and that capitalism was doomed because of the diminishing profit rates).

Marx thought unions would eventually develop and revolt and run the economy. Some marxist driven society's tried state managed economies but government bureaucracies can be as detrimental as capitalism. (they are wayyyy sluggish, think of how long it takes our government to agree on anything, then enact legislation & then get it going !)
Unfortuantely, between greed, micromanagers and all the other human attitudes . . . the human economic process is highly unlikely to ever be fair.

it is not cheap labor. it is called surplus value.what ever the worker produces that has to be marketed by owners of the producers. they owned profits also. thorough surplus value which is created by worker himself. here in capitalism owner enjoys this surplus value as a profit. but in communist society the same surplus value owned by society which can be used for workers welfare. that is why the same surplus value reached again in the hands of workers.
