whether removing eyebrow of a man is condemed by law?

It is wrong to remove eye-brow of human being as per Indian court of law?

If he's condemned by law, he must've done something to get himself into trouble. He's not gonna use his eyebrows much except to wink at his new found "friends" makes no difference.
