If you ask someone to leave you alone?

And they wont leave you alone. They even asking you questions and because you aint talking to you them they ask you to nod. Should you not nod, just ignore them completely no matter what they ask you. And not even cook for them what you think guys. Do you think they would get the message then

Ignore but really you should Leave. Go for a drive, or a walk. get in the car and go to the library. If you are there, in their presence - they will keep it up and even make a game of it....you have to leave.

Your question is vague. Since you asked if you should cook for them, I am assuming you live with this person. If I'm living with someone that I want to leave me alone and only acknowledging them with a nod, I'm gettin out or they are. If I want someone to leave me alone, I flat out tell them. If they still wont leave me alone, I make them leave me alone or make them sorry they didnt. I dont play games, I get my point across.

Criminals are the people who won't take no for an answer. If you have told a man to leave you alone and he won't than yes I would not cook for him, I would not nod, I would call my biggest male friends and family over to inform the man with no boundaries that he will leave me alone.

I think that if you seriously ask someone to leave you alone in a very polite manner they will. Some people become tied to others and make a nasty habit of bothering others even when they see that they are not welcome. If he does, however, bother you and you say nothing and then it will be fine if he does because you are actually welcoming him. If you really want him/her to leave then you should do something very tough and that is to ask him/her to leave you alone because you need some time to think. Tell him/her that you have something personal going on in you life.

Dear happy humble, you do not sound happy at all to me let alone humble. that is by the way. now i do not know how old you are but, you do sound very tender to me. however, it is not good to just tell people to leave you alone without telling them what they did wrong. Come to think of it, how will you feel if someone you love so very much tells you to leave him alone and refused to tell you what you did wrong or quit to nod to your questions or cook for you. i think you will be in a very bad shape by the time he finished with you.

Please, tell people what they did wrong when they offend you and see if they apologised and if they do. just forgive them cos you may be on their shoe next time and it does not pay to pay someone with it's own coin.

this sounds like you have had an argument with your husband and now you are trying to ignore him, am i right??? well if i am right, he will never get the message, most guys dont even know what they have done wrong in the first place. so you are just best to give it up, and start talkin to him again cause it is just going to frustrate you, not him. but still make him get his own dinner (just for a few days) lol

sounds like this personis trying to communicate with you, since you live (sounds like) with this person that doesn't sound unreasonable.however if you've hold him/her to back off they should respect that. Maybe a bit of space woiuld lessen the tension.
Try to sort out your issue with this person or life at home will be hell.. who wants to go back to that atmosphere?
if there's no chance of getting back on a civil level then you'll have to make a decision. Stay or go?
