at what distance you have to be to watch a television so you dont hurt your eyes?

close your fist and point it to the tv. when the fist cover the whole tv screen, that will be the best position to view the tv.

I think you should be something around 1 meter or something. If you can't tell just go a few cm from the television then check when does your eyes hurt. If they really hurt then move back. If that doesn't work just stay about 100cm and make sure you don't end up watching TV all day long. ( maybe about 5 of your favourite shows.)

dont quote me but for every inch your tv is about 4-5 inches away. example 10 inch tv 40-50 inch or 3.5-4.25 feet away. works for me
