All people. Everyone makes mistakes and become hypocrites, but not everyone is the leader of an evangelical group who prod on other people's rights.

He needs to to start with God. Then his family, congregation, his tv audience, and the white house.
Haggard was very important to the evangelicals, and he let them down.
