It depends on whether you like gallows humor. We are living a scene made-to-order for the old Monty Python crew. The trouble is that we're living through it. Life's not so funny when it's all happening to you, as Brian might say. So let's all nail ourselves to a cross and whistle that happy tune: "Just Look on the Bright Side of Life!"
The punch line of the joke [and it's a low blow] is that if W is successfully impeached and removed, veep Cheney takes over just like Hitler slipped into power.

Not counting the massive number of casualties that aren't laughable, I'd give him a +27 on a "laughability" scale of 1-10.
Collapsed a lung form laughing so damn hard! Once he releases his memoirs in the future (like every president does) I'll never have to go to a comedy club again! I can't wait!

1 Not Funny. His presidency is not laughable. He has handled a very difficult presidency as best he could while staying true to his convictions. I doubt Kerry would have done half as good a job, especially, you know, hating the troops and all
