When we get back from a trip, we unpack right away, just to get it over with.
Unpacking is not nearly as bad as packing, at least for me.

Actually yes, when I lived in NYC right after 9/11 I had to evacuate my apartment and I stayed at a friends house in Queens, it wasn't the best situation, but I made the best of it.
