Is marriage a must in a girls life? I may be left alone as per the rules of nature may be after a few years.I do not have any siblings too. I have a good job in hand. I am fairly healthy too to look after myself. But i have a fear and always i imagine myself being alone till my end most of the times. Most of the times i get horrible dreams of my own dead body being rotten for 3 days.I feel very depressed at times.. I want to become strong and prepare myself mentally to live alone at my best without any complains. I do not want to expect myself to be protected from anyone else...but i want to work for myslef and others if possible. Can anybody suggest me how to lead life this way without any expectations and fear and enjoy every moment. looking forward for some good motivating practical answers.

It's kind of a myth of our society that it expects everyone to be married. There are many more ways to have relations with others without marriage. Think about the things you like to do and use them as a bridge to meet other people with similar interests. I've had very good relations with roommates. Some lasting several years. It's good to have a great job but you need to balance that with a satisfactory social life.

My first response is for you to see someone , a doctor. You sound like you have major depression. The key is that you have to be willing to get the help. You can feel normal if you just give it a chance.
