It's today's fashion, skinny jeans, pants, leggings, long vests, belts, scarves, ruffles on necklines and cuffs of blouse's, like pirate shirts, boots. Very retro.

Your local thrift store or good will should have such items! Yard sales are a good source, if it's summer. Try on Ebay, they have every thing!!

thrift store, costume shop...you may even find some bell bottoms on the rack...I think they came back in style..
