I cried for 10 years. I know what you are going through. Finaly I realized I have a self defeating behavior so I am constantly unhappy with myself and everything else sucks too. I am finaly coming out of my fog. It has to start with just one thing. Try excercise, just walking. And if you drink, smoke, or do drugs, stop. Things will get better. Or maybe you need religion.

Most importantly, you are not the only one who is going through this. Trust me.

I wish you happiness.

I'm sorry your so sad,,,sounds to me like you have a severe form of depression, if i were you i would keep going to different doctors until one of them finds the right treatment for you, don't ever give up cause theres always someone or something out there that can help you, it may take time but just think that everyday that passes is one day closer to finding someone that can really help you. Good luck :)

You've managed to handle it for 10 years and NOW you say you can't handle it anymore? I don't believe that. You are a lot stronger than you think you are. As for your needing to talk to someone there are counselors and hot lines available for you. I wouldn't recommend anyone give out their personal phone numbers or emails addresses because they don't know who they're giving access to so you'd do better at a professional agency.

Have you seen a therapist? Sounds like it could be depression. I would at least make an appointment. Hope you feel better soon.

You need a therapist ... A GOOD one. Plus, support of a trusted family memeber or friend.
