The Q. is not clear , but if you mean temporary labour working in a factory, then they are eligible for bonus provided age criteria is satisfied or you have to be a bit descriptive .

Bonus is totally at the whim of the employer. Anyone can get one or not. There is no 'eligibility', they just occur when the boss or management feels like it or think it would be a good incentive for something.
