There was a Man found in the alps who dates back 5000 years. As for mammoths there have been many which have been found fully intact with fur and everything.

I've seen a frozen mammoth, at an exhibition in 1978 or so in London. It was very interesting (although a little smelly)
So yes, I can say with assurance that someone has found a frozen mammoth, at least.

Mongolia might be a good place to start. Oh. Caveman. I was thinking more along the frozen mummy line. I'd stick with the mummy's if I were you...

The Iceman of the Alps was only about 5000 years old. He was the oldest intact frozen body found so far.

Not I, personally. That'd be a pretty cool discovery to make, though. It has happened, as other answerers have mentioned. So here's hoping...
Oh, wait, I'd have to go somewhere that's permenantly frozen in order to search. I live in Southern Cal. I don't think I'm quite a climatized.

Several have been found in Siberia. Check with National geographic, it has been awhile since I last saw a story on it

to be frozen the cave man has to be in ice and caves are usually free of ice
for that you have to go to glaziers and the north or south pole
