why doesn't ebay let you register? i haven't used it in awhile. but i think before you needed to have a credit card number of your own. but i doubt anyone will let you use their membership

the answer is no. sorry not hard feeling but ebay doesnt' let people who doesnt' have a source of funding in there. if there something you really like, i suggest you should ask around for a credit card or create a check card :) it's really easy to do just step in any banks and they gradly will help you.
If someone gives you an ID they are usally put their persion information up at stake.
