Try sticking yer nose into the lids... Assuming you've washed out the jar thoroughly, me thinks, the odor is probably coming from the GASKETS in the jar's lid. The oils from the pasta have penetrated (with the alcohol as a solvent) into the plastic/rubber gasket... The oils in the pasta are relatively light oils, so I would think that simply exposing the lids to warm air (like sunlit-warm air) would eventually carry away the odors after a day or two. Or, of course, just switch lids, if you need to use the jars right away.
(By the way, we had vodka/salmon pasta in Rome not far from the Collesium last fall, and it was ex-cell-ent.)

A little watered down bleach or washing it really good should do the trick. Glass is non-porous, so all you have to do is get the surface clean and you should stop the smell. Plastic however is porous so the smell absorbs directly into the plastic and you can't completely get rid of it.
The gasket on the jar lide will probably still somewhat smell since the gasket portion is somwhat porous.

Puor hot water in jar to heat up glass. Then, empty and immediatly pour in boiling water with a couple of tablespoons of white vinegar. Cool to room temp, empty and wash. This also works with microwave ovens....boil water with a little vinegar in a bowl in the microwave to remove cooking odors from the plastic walls.

White vinegar. Just fill the jar and let it set for a while, overnight if possible, with the lid on, then wash with hot soapy water and rinse it well.

Try washing it out with baking soda. It takes bad odors out of the fridge so why shouldn't it work on mason jars?

you could heat up the jar, like they do for canning, Then fart in it and close it, then as the jar cools, it holds the lid on really tight. You know, so the lid will pop when you open it. Then you should be able to store your freshness for months for sure.

With a little bleach and water.
You want to use 1 part bleach to 3 parts water, put the lid on and shake it. Then wash with warm soapy water.

If it were me I would soak it overnight with bleach and water. If it didn't get rid of the smell at least yo would know it got rid of the germs.
