Sounds like he has a chapped penis. This probably happened bc he rolled over and went to sleep one too many times without cleaning off his penis. Kinda like when you lick your lips too much.

His penis might have a friction irritation. Maybe lay off the sex for a few days. There could be an ointment to use as well. But he prolly needs some recover time.

too much sex without foreplay will cause chapping of the penis. Try to engage in more foreplay until you are better lubricated so that it will not cause the penis to be dry and red. Both of you could try lubricants to enhance pleasure.

Use more lube or switch condoms, he might be allergic.

give some rest to his penis and help him to recover him use some help ful oil to penis and put oil to his penis and do it slow dont try tobe fast and give him some 2 to 3 month rest
