I have played trumpet and tuba in a band in high school, as well as tooting around on my friend's trombone. (I had a hard time reaching the high notes on the trumpet, so I was glad to switch to tuba when there was an need for one.) I have never tried the French Horn (the girl who played it didn't really like me), but I know you need a tighter embouchure for French Horn than trumpet, so it would be even harder to produce a quality sound out of. Also, since tone is also adjusted by the hand in the bell, it is tougher to play in tune. My band teacher told us the the two toughest instruments to play properly in the band was the oboe and the French Horn.

In India we have a Brass Bugle that is hardest to blow.

I don't know how hard it is in comparison with a french horn.

well the tuba requires just as much air to blow as a flute, and it takes a lot of air to blow a flute so i would say that a tuba is the hardest!
