I am using Diana31. It is working great. The problem is, a couple months ago i stopped using it for one of the three weeks, my period came early and then I continued to use the rest until I was supposed to. Now, every month I get my period a week before I am supposed to. It lasts a day and goes away and then comes back for the normal time after I finish the pack. Without going off the pills, how can I get my cycle normal again? Should I start to take my next package as soon as my period comes? That was the instructions for beginning birth control... Remember i really don't want to go off for a whole month..... Please help if you know

I don't know the pill but regardless, you need to be on another method until you get it straightened out. also, read the litature. How high is the failure rate? I figure these newer low dose pills must be less effective than the ones I took yrs. ago. Read it then decide if it's a chance you are willing to take. If not, make him buy some spermicide or condoms until uou are sure enough to take the risk. I'd bet that they fail 5-12% of the time when taken correctly, now if you aren't wht's the failure rate/ Call the Dr. office or the Pharmicist and ask them. They are as smart as the Dr. about meds. these days. Good luck to you. Sorry I have nothing encouraging, just try to be honest on here.

Usually if you miss taking it for more than 2 days in a row, you should stop, let your period come and then start taking them agai on the 5th day. I always started a new pack of pills on the 5th day... Is there a 1-800 # on the box or the instruction sheet? Maybe you can get ifo from their web site. If you just started taking the pill, I would start anew. If you've been taking it for over a year, then you should maybe ask your doc what to do

You need to call your doctor and ask him. You are tampering with hormones and risking your health.
